Yes Double-App is the SMART thing to do, even though buyer have to pay twice for appraisals but in the long run the saving for closing cost and monthly payments WORTH IT !!!

Honesty is the right thing to do ... Let both loan officers know ... you will go for the mortgage lender whomever give you the BEST RATE and TERM.

How do I determine rent for a SFR in Fountain Valley, CA?

My wife and I we did help many owners rented out their properties here in Fountain Valley, If you provide us with more info like: ... howmany bed room? how many Bath Rooms? Living apace sqft? Pool? Spa? Location? (Close to Santa Ana or more closer to Huntington Beach area?) the more info for us the better we can help you with determine correct rent for your property.

But in general let say your property is average (3 br, 2 ba, aprox 1,500 sqft) the rent we could get for you are:
1) Poor location ... $2,000 - $2,200 per month
2) Average location ... $2,200 - $2,400 per month
3) Good Location ... $2,400 - $2,600 per month
