Yes of course there is no problem for refinance if the home is paid for by cash ... eventhough you have NO JOB, NO CREDITS it's still OK, There are a few PRIVATE LENDERS out there who willing do it for you (their cost are little bit higher then the conventional lenders) ... contact us then we can recommend to you whom you need to calls.
